Chris came out to explain the products they use (Frogwall acrylic surround) and go over our options. We had a list of things we wanted to include (no grout walls, non-slip shower base, grab handle, rain shower and hand -held) and Chris discussed all these items before we brought them up. He seemed very knowledgeable about choices and found us the products we wanted easily. There was no pressure to commit right away after we got their quote, and we had time to think it through. When we decided to go ahead the installation was within a reasonable time frame.The demolition, plumbing and installation went smoothly by Darryl, Chris, and Nate. They put tarps down right from the front door up to the bathroom. They tidied up after the first day so we could still use our bathroom except for the shower. They were efficient and professional and took the time to explain everything after they were done.
